The cluster works in accordance with the goals of Russian industry modernization: All foreign suppliers and partners are welcome if they agree with the concept of co-industrialization in Russia. Created on 2008 on the request of several foreign suppliers, the Cluster widened its activity toward the South-East without forgetting its European Partnerships. Because the relations between the people are more sustainable than the political crises.
